Just started reading "Safe in Fear" by Jerr. Powerful author. Talks about how COVID destroyed minds or played a pivotal role in the destruction we see today. It will have a lasting effect for years to come. The criminals ""never let a crisis go to waste". They sure took the cake on this one. A few quotes from the book that I've highlighted: "It takes faith to change the mind" "Severe problems require severe solutions" "We must expose ourselves to what we fear to overcome it" "Only when a man r...

The Wall Speaks by Jerr. What a book. I am going to recommend and gift it to the youth. My nephews, my future sons. In a world that is becoming more and more feminized we must revert that by going to the basics of true masculinity. This book will fix a decade of being feminized in the traditional school system. If you are home-schooled, great. Less work to do but still lots of work to do. ...

Attention span has been decimated in the west. Way too much technology. One way to fix this; buy a physical copy of a book. Read 5-10 pages, daily. Focused. Put away all technology. Read the book outside, preferably. Barefooted, even better. ...

Refute Me - Meditations
If anyone can refute me - show me I'm making a mistake or looking at things from the wrong perspective - I'll gladly change. It's the truth I'm after, and the truth never harmed anyone. What harms us is to persist in self-deceit and ignorance. ...

Nowhere to go - Meditations
People try to get away from it all - to the country, to the beach, to the mountain. You always wish that you could too. Which is iditoic: you can get away from it anytime you like. By going within. Nowhere you can go is more peaceful - more free of interruptions - than your own soul. An instant's recollection and there it is: complete tranquility. And by tranquility I mean a kind of harmony. ...

Will I lose it all?
Why do I get the sense that one day I will lose everything I ever worked for? While I'd rather this not happen, from time to time I do get that sense. I've told those close to me, as long as I don't lose my mind I will be alright and regain everything back and more. Things are just things. Assets are just assets. Do they even matter? Should we care about things? Definitely not over relationships. Though, they can help make other people's lives better. That's where most of my joy is derived from...

Control your thoughts - Meditations
Your ability to control your thoughts - treat it with respect. It's all that protects your mind from false perceptions - false to your nature, and that of all rational beings. It's what makes thoughtfulness possible, and affection for other people, and submission to the divine. ...

Private Ownership
Will private property be a thing in 5-10 years? I'm considering buying another investment property, to rent out. Is it worth it? What's the risk of not taking any risk? To risk nothing, is to risk everything. I've been asking myself this exact question; is it worth it? Why own property? Cash flow is great. Pulling away from slavery and having more time to think can produce much more results. At what cost? Do I really want to manage another property? Who do I trust to manage it for me? If you l...

Focus - Meditations
Concentrate every minute like a Roman - like a man - on doing what's in front of you with precise and genuine seriousness, tenderly, willingly, with justice. And on freeing yourself from all other distractions. Yes, you can - if you do everything as if it were the last thing you were doing in your life, and stop being aimless, stop letting your emotions override what your mind tells you, stop being hypocritical, self-centered, irritable. You see how few things you have to do to live a satisfying...

Putting this off - Meditations
Remember how long you've been putting this off, how many extentions the gods gave you, and you didn't use them. At some point you have to recognize what world it is you belong to; what power rules it and from what source you spring; that there is a limit to the assigned you, and if you don't use it to free yourself it will be gone and will never return. ...

Have you ever truly been free?
Think about it. Have you even been free to say whatever you truly felt? Without thinking how others would feel/judge? Has freedom of speech ever really been a thing? Do you self-censor yourself without knowing you're doing sl? Why? When was the last time you spent a few days in nature.. without technology? Can you go a year without working your current job? Why or why not? What excuses are you making up? Shouldn't there be another way? I believe the enslavement of the mind begins in public sc...

4 AM
There's just something about waking up at 4 am.. been doing it for a couple of years now. The amount of focus I have for the next couple of hours is pretty sweet. No phone, no distractions just planning the day or simply doing nothing but thinking. Meditating. If the gym I go to would open at 4 I most likely would be there by 4:30. Since it doesn't I can write here from time to time. "There are decades where nothing happens; and there are weeks where decades happen"--Vladimir Ilyich Lenin. ...
