There's just something about waking up at 4 am.. been doing it for a couple of years now. The amount of focus I have for the next couple of hours is pretty sweet. No phone, no distractions just planning the day or simply doing nothing but thinking. Meditating. If the gym I go to would open at 4 I most likely would be there by 4:30.
